This CD, The Sword of Orion, is the fifth in a series of recordings released by the UT Trombone Choir between 2002 and 2025. The selections included on the current CD were recorded between 2015 and 2025 using UT students, as listed, who were enrolled during that time. For an expanded historical dimension, we are joined by Brian Hecht, a 2004 graduate, as soloist on two of the selections. All of the selections were recorded in Bates Recital Hall on the UT campus.
